Robert Cancel

COO

Robert Cancel is COO and Co-Founder of NFC Amenity Management. Robert’s mission as Chief Operating Officer is to drive the company’s leadership in the amenity management industry by developing innovative offerings, implementing NFC’s 5 Diamond customer service culture and delivering first class operations.

Mr. Cancel ultimately oversees all aspects of the company’s day to day operations including client relations, strategic planning process, and management effectiveness and best practices – all focused on delivering an exceptional experience to NFC’s 300 plus clients across the country. Prior to becoming COO, Robert held the position of Senior VP of NFC Amenity Management where he was instrumental in helping guide the national growth of the brand and propelling the company to the next level of excellence in the hospitality industry. In addition to his tenure at NFC, Robert has held various executive positions in the wellness industry since 1996. Mr. Cancel has a BS degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University and is based in Miami, Florida.
