Christy has over 25 years of extensive background in hospitality management and leadership roles, working with leading hotel chains. Her roles in the industry included Director of Sales, Area and District Manager. Christy built her business and hospitality teams by focusing on employee engagement, accountability, retention, and development. She believes engaged and developing employees creates a funnel to exceptional customer service, client satisfaction, and growth of the business. Prior to joining NFC Christy owned and operated a very successful boutique fitness studio where she organically grew the brand and membership through community involvement, member and employee retention with a focus on building a culture around customer service and employee engagement.
